On September 8th, the Florida Supreme Court heard oral arguments on the case challenging the state’s 15-week ban on abortion. We do not know when the court will issue its ruling. Abortions in Florida are still legal at 15 weeks of pregnancy. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

Florida law requires a person to have two appointments at least 24 hours apart to obtain an abortion. Learn more about how this will affect your visit.
The Florida Legislature passed a law banning abortion after 15 weeks and 6 days. Planned Parenthood is suing in state court to overturn this law but it is currently in effect.
