We will spend up to ½ hour over Sype® discussing your issues. I will then be able to give you information, support or signpost you to where to seek further support. This will cannot replace a one to one appointment, but can work to resolve simple issues, dispel myths or enable you to decide what route you would like to take next. I will follow this up with an email outlining any information discussed and links to further support.

If you wish to cancel the appointment after payment I will give you a full refund.
If you are unhappy with my services I hope you will contact me directly and we can discuss how I can rectify the issue. If we cannot find a resolution I will consider a refund.
