Steve Manley
Steve Manley is chief people officer at Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). He provides strategic leadership across all areas that affect the organization's people and culture.
Steve was previously PPFA's national director for talent and organizational health — focused on talent acquisition, organization engagement, well-being, and compensation. Steve worked with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to create a leadership development program for PPFA leaders.
Steve worked in the biopharma industry in human resources and operations. He has a BS in engineering from Princeton University and a JD from Rutgers Law School. Steve also completed the Executive Education, Advanced Management Program from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
